Seen these guys in various forms over the last 20 years and they are spectacular musicians, see them in any form whenever you can, you will be happy. Hey guys!

Man, this show is awesome!!!
But what you need to know about these guys is that this isn't all that these guys have put out.
Between Billy, Josh, and Brent they have been in other bands, and continue to play together a lot.
If you haven't already checked out The Grass is Dead (amazing bluegrass with lots of Dead covers), The Brittany Reilly Band (jam country, if these is such a thing), Crazy fingers, Stonehouse, and my personal favorite, Cosmic Revolution. They're also amazingly cool people. On different occasions, all three of these guys have turned me on to live recordings that they had archived.
If they ever come near your area, check these guys out!!!!!

Subject: Great Concert
Download this if you like bluegrass, reggae, or acoustic music in general. The sound quality is superb--it could be sold on itunes or in any music store in CD form. The voices are in tune and the instrumentals are jammin'. This is good stuff. One of the best concerts I've heard on archive so far.

One of these guys played my family reunion in ellisville. I love to see a florida bluegrass band with such bad ass skills. The bob really sets these guys off.

This is absolutely kick ass! These guys have major chops and great vocals. I love the Bill Monroe covers. I have been looking for some new bluegrass and this show definitely satisfies. Sound quality is superb and the show kicks ass from start to finish. Why have I not heard of these guys until now?

Being a guitar player myself, and one who totally respects all great players, it is interesting to note that most of the better players are not in the "big name" bands on the scene. They are usually in a band like this band. IMO, these guys have more solid chops than YMSB. Don't get me wrong...I love YMSB, their tunes are amazing and fun. But these guys are amazing themselves!

Great, great stuff here. The sound is perfect, everything is crystal clear and the small crowd is way back in the mix where it should be. The musicianship and the sound are first rate. This is good clean fun! Thanks again archive.

The sound quality is stellar, hard pressed to find another show as good. If you could give them six stars then they got it. Rocky top you'll always be ... Home sweet home to me!

This is such a fun show that I would have never came across if it were not for the Archive. Thanks Almost Acoustic Band!! (a subtle Garcia reference, I would imagine??).

I've never heard these guys before and am very pleasantly surprised. Great musicianship, these guys really lay down a mellow vibe on the reggae tracks, and can pick like banshee's when playing the grass.
If bluegrass or reggae are your bag get this show.

awsome recording awsome setlist awsome playing. Some damn good bluegrass/reggae
Reviewer: CrazyGlitch - favoritefavoritefavoritefavoritefavorite - July 20, 2004
Subject: Great show !
The show is well taped and there is no crowd noise.... Still, I like only the more reggae songs of this show...(Unification is the best).
The rest is more bluegrass still but the musicians are perfectly tight.
